Guidance and Counselling in a Vidyalaya play a crucial role in supporting the overall development of students. Guidance helps students make informed decisions about their academic and personal lives, offering advice on career choices, subject selection, and time management. Counselling addresses emotional, social, and psychological issues, providing a safe space for students to express their concerns. It helps them cope with stress, peer pressure, and other challenges.
